How we work

The product is only as good as the install behind it.

Most companies sell a brand name. We sell the part that fails first when it's done wrong — the installation — and what happens after. Four steps, start to finish.

Step 1

Free in-home consultation

We measure every opening, look at what's behind the trim, and bring samples so you can see the glass and the finish in your own light. Prefer to come to us? The Benton showroom is open Monday through Friday. No pressure — just a straight answer on what your home needs and a written estimate before we leave.

Step 2

Made to your openings

Andersen, Infinity by Marvin and ProVia, ordered to size in vinyl, fiberglass, wood-clad or steel. Lead time is usually 3–6 weeks. Mid-range pricing, honest numbers, and financing if you'd like to spread it out. Products with installation is our core offering; product-only supply is available for builders and contractors.

Step 3

Installed by our own crews

Rot repair, reframing, headers and proper flashing, handled before the new unit goes in. Installation Masters certified ownership and experienced in-house crews trained on every product we sell. We protect your floors, never leave an opening open overnight, and leave the site cleaner than we found it. We walk every job with you before we call it done.

Step 4

Forever-customer warranty

The job isn't finished when the truck leaves. We warranty our workmanship and stand behind every manufacturer's warranty, so if a window fogs or a door drags years from now, you call us and we handle it. Once you're our customer, you're our customer for good.

Common questions

Questions we hear a lot.

Who actually shows up to install?

Our own in-house crews. They're trained on every product we sell, and the owners hold Installation Masters certification, which is the standard the crews work to.

What does the workmanship warranty cover?

The installation itself: the fit, the seal, the flashing and the trim. The manufacturer covers the product. Between the two, the whole job is covered, and either way you call us first.

How long is the whole process?

Consultation to install is typically 4–8 weeks, most of it waiting on the factory. The install itself is a day for doors and one to three days for whole-house windows.
